Thanks to everyone who helped us celebrate 50 years of sustainable style throughout 2024! Buffalo Exchange started out as the original buy-sell-trade fashion shop in Tucson, AZ in 1974. Today, we have over 40 stores across the U.S. Without you, we couldn’t have grown from a 400 square foot shop to what we are today!
In celebration of 50 years of sustainable style, we showed our thanks by giving back with 50 Acts of Kindness throughout 2024 – one in each community we’re a part of! In January, we helped plant 5,000 trees through One Tree Planted, in April, we collected over 242 pounds of clothing for Second Chances in Boston and, in September, we doubled our Tokens for Bags donations by extending tokens to sellers. Overall, we hosted 15 donation drives, 7 fundraising shopping events and a voter registration booth, participated in a neighborhood cleanup, packed up almost 2,500 boxes of food at Community Food Bank of Arizona, held raffles and yard sales to raise funds for nonprofits, spread kindness throughout our company and donated over $53,829. Check out our monthly recaps to find out how your local Buffalo Exchange participated.
