OFFICIAL RULES – HEMLOCKE SPRINGS ‘THE APPLE TREE UNDER THE SEA’ TOUR TICKET GIVEAWAY

Participants may enter for a chance to win by signing up for Buffalo Exchange’s email list via buffaloexchange.com/hemlocke-springs-pop-up-shop. 

DESCRIPTION OF THE PROMOTION.

The Hemlocke Springs ‘The Apple Tree Under The Sea’ Tour Ticket Giveaway is designed to encourage customers to visit their nearest Buffalo Exchange and shop a specially curated selection of inventory inspired by Hemlocke Springs’ personal style and sign up for the Buffalo Exchange email list. 

Dates: Between 4/16/2026 and 5/1/2026, participants can sign up and subscribe to the Buffalo Exchange email list from buffaloexchange.com/hemlocke-springs-pop-up-shop to enter to win two (2) general admission tickets the Hemlocke Springs’ ‘The Apple Tree Under The Sea’ tour at the tour stop selected during sign up (options limited to Phoenix, AZ, Los Angeles, CA, Santa Ana, CA, San Diego, CA, San Francisco, Chicago, IL, CA, Boston, MA Minneapolis, MN, Portland, OR, Philadelphia, PA and Seattle, WA). The winners of the ticket giveaway will be contacted no earlier than 5/6/2026.

Prizes: Two (2) Hemlocke Springs ‘The Apple Tree Under the Sea’ tour tickets to each of the following tour stops: Phoenix, AZ, Los Angeles, CA, Santa Ana, CA, San Diego, CA, San Francisco, CA, Chicago, IL, Boston, MA Minneapolis, MN, Portland, OR, Philadelphia, PA and Seattle, WA. There will be eleven (11) winners total, each receiving two (2) tickets to one hemlocke springs tour stop.  

“Entry” is defined as: Participants who join the Buffalo Exchange email list frombuffaloexchange.com/hemlocke-springs-pop-up-shop between 4/16/2026 and 5/1/2026. 

Delivery of Prize: Tickets will be available on the day of the show at the venue’s box office for will call pickup. Winners must provide full legal name to Buffalo Exchange for ticket assignments and present government-issued photo identification at time of pickup. 

ELIGIBILITY: Participants must be 18 years of age or older. Duplicate entries will not be counted. The giveaway is open to anyone who signs up and subscribes to Buffalo Exchange email list from buffaloexchange.com/hemlocke-springs-pop-up-shop between 4/16/26 and 5/1/26. Persons in any of the following categories are not eligible to win the prize(s) offered: (a) employees of Buffalo Exchange, or its affiliates and subsidiaries and (b) immediate family members (defined as parents, children, siblings, or spouse, regardless of where they reside) and/or those living in the same household as any person in (a) above. A valid email address must be provided in order to win. The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

JUDGING & NOTIFICATION: The winner will be chosen by Buffalo Exchange. The winner will be emailed using the information provided in the promotion entry. Two (2) attempts will be made to contact the winner. If the winner fails to respond within twenty-four (24) hours of the second notification attempt or if the winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited. Prizes left unclaimed after twenty-four (24) hours will be considered abandoned and will be awarded to an alternate eligible participant as selected by Buffalo Exchange. Buffalo Exchange shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to winner’s security setting or for winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: Buffalo Exchange reserves the right to substitute a prize for an item of equal or greater value in the event all or part of a prize becomes unavailable. Submission of an entry into this promotion indicates that the participant agrees to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of Buffalo Exchange, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to the promotion. A participant may be prohibited from participating in this promotion if, in Buffalo Exchange’s sole discretion, it reasonably believes that the participant has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or if participant annoys, abuses, threatens or harasses any other participant, Buffalo Exchange, its employees or associated agencies.

DATA PRIVACY: Participants agree that personal data, especially name, address and email, may be processed, stored, and otherwise used for the purposes and within the context of the promotion and any other purposes outlined in these Official Rules. The data may also be used by Buffalo Exchange in order to check each participant’s identity, email address and telephone number, or to otherwise verify their eligibility to participate in the promotion to receive any prize. Participants have a right to access, review, revise or cancel any personal data held by Buffalo Exchange by writing to Buffalo Exchange (Attention: Withdraw Name from The Buffalo Exchange Promotions, at the email address [email protected]).

ELIMINATION: Any false information provided by any participant concerning their identity, email address, telephone number, ownership of right or noncompliance with these Official Rules or the like may result in the immediate elimination of the participant from the promotion. Buffalo Exchange further reserves the right to disqualify any entry that it believes, in its sole and unfettered discretion, infringes upon or violates the rights of any third party or otherwise does not comply with these Official Rules.

INTERNET LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Buffalo Exchange is not responsible for electronic transmission errors resulting in any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission. Buffalo Exchange is not responsible for inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information from any participant. Buffalo Exchange further reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process. Buffalo Exchange reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway should causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the giveaway. Caution: Any attempt by a participant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion is in violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Buffalo Exchange reserves the right to seek damages from any such participant to the fullest extent permitted by law.

GENERAL TERMS & AGREEMENT TO RULES: By entering the promotion, participants understand that they will be added to Buffalo Exchange’s email list. Participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and warrant that they meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In no event will more prizes be awarded than are stated in these Official Rules. This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
