Information Technology Support Technician – Tucson (HQ)

In this entry-level position, your knack for troubleshooting and experience with technical support will be a daily help for our stores, headquarters and warehouse. You’ll work as part of a team at our Tucson offices, providing patient, friendly assistance with a wide range of issues. Support is provided through the phone, email and in-person, so excellent communication skills are a must. Grow your expertise with ongoing development, business literacy training and opportunities to advance. Experience with PC hardware/software, MS Office and Windows 10 are required. Familiarity with POS systems and SaaS administration is helpful. Must be willing to travel and have a valid driver’s license. This position cannot be done remotely and will require several weeks of weekend shifts every couple of months.

We might be perfect for each other if:

  • You have a basic to intermediate understanding of PC hardware/software, networking, cloud SaaS (Gmail) administration, MS Office and Windows 10.
  • You are familiar with Point of Sale systems and concepts.
  • You are an excellent communicator over the phone, by email, and in person.
  • You have a valid Driver’s License.
  • You like to travel to new cities.
  • You can multitask and enjoy an energetic, high-productivity environment. 
  • You’re known for your positive, can-do attitude and are happy to work as part of a team. 
  • You are excellent at troubleshooting and problem solving.

As an IT Support Technician, no two days are the same, but most days will include the following responsibilities:

  • Providing phone, email and in-person technical support to employees at all levels of the company.
  • Preparing equipment for deployment.
  • Assisting with equipment and software evaluations.
  • Growing your skill set through assigned training. 
  • Helping out with special projects and wherever needed.
